WRITING 1: INFORMAL EMAIL

Hi Rachel!

I’m writing because I want to organize a party for Jean.

Could you help me to organize it?

I have some ideas, which I want to explain to you because I need your opinion.

Firstly, I’m thinking about renting a yacht, because it is his 18th birthday, and I want to realize his dream! We are going to celebrate the party in the middle of the sea with a lot of people. For this reason, I will invite most of his classmates at the party.

The party will be next Saturday, it will start at 10pm and I need your help to entertain him, while we will be decorating the boat.

On Friday, we could go to buy the birthday cake, it will have a chocolate ball, because he loves playing football.

We have a lot to do before Saturday.

I feel like doing the party and I believe it will be incredible.

Don’t tell Jean anything because it will be a great surprise!
